Studio M in Sonoma brings together an integrated approach for a sound body and mind.
Madeline Black, a leader in the field of Pilates, creates the vision of a healing place beginning with movement of the body. All the teachers at Studio M are expert in integrating Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Yoga movements for the benefits of strength, flexibility and a balanced structure. All types of people come to Studio M, from those wanting to improve their overall fitness, athletes and dancers in training, seniors, teens and populations with physical issues such as lower back, shoulder, or knee pain.
...and of course, it's all built on Tinder®, WildFireWeb's incredibly easy to use fully dynamic, browser-based content management system which enables the Studio M to change any of the site content, including the images in the slides shows on the fly!
