Updating an existing Mac Mail Account
Select "Preferences" from the "Mail" Menu

1 - Select the name of the account you wish to update on the left
2 - if necessary, change your "Incoming Mail Server" to
mail.yourdomain.com
(substituting "yourdomain" with your actual domain name)
3 - Change your username to your full e mail address
4 - Enter your password if different
Do not change your "Outgoing Mail Server"

Click the "Advanced" tab
From the "Remove Copy from Server" drop down menu, select an option
(we recommend NOT keeping mail on the server for more than 1 week)

Click the "General" icon (top left).
Close the Account Preferences window, and Save your changes when prompted
Congratulations!
Your Mac Mail program is now configured for your new mail account.
