Entourage Mail

Setting up a New Entourage Mail Account

(If  this is the first Entourage Mail Account on your Mac)

Click the "Entourage Mail" icon in the dock

From the "Tools" menu, select "Accounts"

Click the "New" link

Enter your email address

Click the Next (right >) arrow

Enter your full name

Enter your e mail address
(substituting "yourdomain" with your actual domain name)

Enter your Account ID
(on the WFW mail server, your mail account id is your full e mail address)

Enter your Password

Enter the Incoming Mail server Information
(just as you see here, substituting "yourdomain" with your actual domain name)
so, if your domain is "greatrentals.com" the incoming mail server would be
mail.greatrentals.com

Enter the name of your outgoing mail server.

**This information is supplied by your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

It will be something like...
smtp.sbcglobal.net
smtp.comcast.net
smtp.earthlink.net

If you are unsure, check with your service provider for the correct Outgoing mail server name.

Click the right > arrow "Continue"

Enter the Account Name for this account
(this can be anything, but should make sense to "you")

Check the "Add this to your "Me" account box and the "Include the account"  in my send & receive e mail schedule box.

Click the "Finish" button


Close all open windows and save your changes if prompted.

Congratulations!

Entourage is now configured to access your new e mail account!
